The Prestonpans store is officially opened by - l to r: Arthur Harris, chairman of Haldanes Stores Ltd; staff members Linda Fraser and Mary Moohan, and store manager Keith Martin. Between them, Linda and Mary have notched up 50 years' service at the Prestonpans store. The scissors used to cut the ribbon were orignally used at the launch of a Haldanes' trawler in 1904 by Mr Harris's great aunt, Kathleen Haldane.
